I recently stayed at Araya Residence for three days. While the staff was very friendly and the location near the beach was great, I found the room a bit dated, with some cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Breakfast was cooked to order, which I enjoyed, though it took a bit longer on one occasion. Overall, it's a decent spot if you find a good rate, but it might be a stretch to call it a boutique hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Araya Residence. the location is perfect, close to all the action in Hua Hin, and my room was quite spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. While breakfast was decent, I did find it a bit underwhelming and would have preferred more variety. Overall, it’s a great spot for a weekend getaway, though it felt a bit pricey considering there's no pool on-site.
